Please read these terms carefully before using the mcwex platform. By accessing mcwex, you agree to be bound by these conditions.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and mcwex ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the mcwex online casino and sports betting platform accessible at mcwex.ws. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
mcwex reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be published on this page with a revised effective date. 1. Eligibility
Section 1.1
Minimum Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the mcwex platform. This age restriction is a firm requirement and applies to all players regardless of their location within Bangladesh — including Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar. mcwex will request age verification documentation during the KYC process. Any player found to be underage at the time of registration will have their account immediately suspended, all funds forfeited, and any winnings declared void. mcwex does not knowingly accept registrations from individuals under the age of 21.
Section 1.2
Geographic Eligibility
mcwex operates as an online platform serving players in Bangladesh. It is the sole responsibility of the player to verify that their use of the mcwex platform complies with applicable local laws in their jurisdiction. mcwex makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or legal for use in any specific location. Players accessing mcwex from locations where online gaming is prohibited do so at their own risk and entirely at their own legal liability.
Section 1.3
Prohibited Persons
The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account on mcwex: (a) persons under the age of 21; (b) persons previously excluded or banned from mcwex for breach of these Terms; (c) employees, contractors, or agents of mcwex or its affiliates; (d) persons acting on behalf of any of the above categories. Any account found to fall within a prohibited category will be closed without notice and any funds held may be retained pending investigation.
2. Account Registration & Verification
Section 2.1
Registration Requirements
To register a mcwex account you must provide a valid Bangladesh mobile number, a date of birth confirming you are aged 21 or above, and a secure password. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. mcwex may request additional documentation at any time for the purpose of verifying your identity, age, or payment methods. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
Section 2.2
One Account Per Player
Each player may maintain only one active mcwex account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. mcwex uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. If duplicate accounts are identified, mcwex reserves the right to close all accounts associated with the same player, void any pending bets, and retain any bonus funds claimed across those accounts. Any legitimate winnings generated before detection will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Section 2.3
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mcwex login credentials. mcwex will never ask you to share your password via any channel. You must notify mcwex support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. mcwex is not liable for any losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials. You must not share your account with any other person, and you must not allow any other person to use your account to place bets or access games on your behalf.
3. Deposits & Withdrawals
mcwex supports instant deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay for Bangladesh players. Additional payment options including Visa and Mastercard may also be available. All financial transactions are subject to the following terms.
Section 3.1
Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. mcwex does not accept third-party deposits — any deposit received from a payment account not registered to the account holder will be reversed and the associated mcwex account may be suspended pending investigation. Deposits are credited to your mcwex account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
Section 3.2
Withdrawal Rules
Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has been verified and is registered in the same name as the mcwex account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. mcwex reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within minutes of approval. mcwex is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times or technical issues.
Section 3.3
Currency & Fees
All transactions on mcwex are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). mcwex does not currently charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals via bKash or Nagad. However, some payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside mcwex's control. Players are advised to check with their payment provider for any applicable fees before initiating a transaction.
4. Bonuses & Promotions
mcwex may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and other promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, and any bonus-specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered.
Section 4.1
Wagering Requirements
All bonuses awarded on mcwex are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover requirement will be specified in the terms of each individual promotion. Players must complete the required wagering within the validity period stated for the bonus. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited automatically.
Section 4.2
Bonus Abuse
Attempting to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing offsetting bets across accounts, exploiting errors or loopholes in bonus terms, or engaging in any activity that mcwex determines in its sole discretion to constitute bonus abuse — is strictly prohibited. mcwex reserves the right to void all bonuses and winnings, suspend the account, and retain any deposited funds pending investigation where bonus abuse is suspected.
Section 4.3
Promotion Availability
Bonuses and promotions are available only to players with accounts in good standing. mcwex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Seasonal promotions — including those tied to BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, or Pohela Boishakh — are time-limited and subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion. mcwex is not liable for any loss arising from the withdrawal or modification of a promotion.
5. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mcwex platform and will result in account suspension, closure, and potential forfeiture of funds:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform or games.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the platform in any way.
- Using funds derived from unlawful activity to make deposits on mcwex (money laundering).
- Attempting to reverse, chargeback, or dispute any legitimate transaction made on mcwex.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or platform systems for financial gain.
- Providing false identity, age, or payment information at any stage of account registration or KYC.
6. Responsible Gaming

7. Intellectual Property
All content on the mcwex platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and the overall site design — is the intellectual property of mcwex or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the mcwex platform without the express prior written consent of mcwex. Any unauthorised use of mcwex intellectual property will be pursued through applicable legal channels.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mcwex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including any loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, or any other losses arising out of or in connection with your use of mcwex. mcwex's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your mcwex account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
mcwex does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, or that it will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions, and force majeure events may affect platform availability. mcwex will make reasonable efforts to restore service in a timely manner following any disruption.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
mcwex collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering a mcwex account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. mcwex uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the mcwex platform. 10. Amendments to Terms
mcwex reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, mcwex will update the effective date displayed at the top of this page. Your continued access to or use of the mcwex platform after any revision constitutes your binding acceptance of the amended Terms.
If you disagree with any revised Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and may request closure of your account by contacting mcwex support. Any funds remaining in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and mcwex, you should first contact mcwex support at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. mcwex will endeavour to resolve all complaints fairly and in a timely manner. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts or dispute resolution mechanisms applicable in the relevant jurisdiction.
